The competition is open to business schools of local universities primarily intended for upper class (junior and senior) students and graduate students.  The teams of 2-4 students will assume they are representing the bank’s Commercial Lending Team.  The case and instructional materials are introduced to the teams 1 month ahead of the competition, and each team is also introduced at that time to an industry mentor to assist in advising students on the project.  Final presentations include 1) a recommendation to the Loan Committee and 2) a pitch to the business client.  All participants will receive a participation prize and a 1-year student membership to RMA.  Teams win prize money as follows: 1st place - $2000; 2nd Place - $1,000.
