The Credit Department Management Forum focuses on structuring, organizing, and effectively managing the credit function. The forum is presented from a managerial and operational perspective and helps increase efficiency when organizing credit responsibilities. Concepts of functional structure, service quality, and the use of technology are included in the discussions.
