2021 M&A Update

WBA is pleased to host a comprehensive M&A workshop led by the country’s leading experts at KBW. This intensive three-hour program will focus on current bank M&A trends and predictions for 2021 and feature a 360-degree review of a fictional bank’s strategic alternatives (stay independent, be a buyer, consider an MOE or sell) to illustrate the entire M&A process from assessing the franchise on an independent basis to identifying targets for a potential buyside deal to evaluating other types of transactions such as merger of equals and a sale. Attendees will be provided with “technical” checklists and have a thorough understanding of the stages, considerations, processes, analysis, contracts, control agreements and social issues to be sensitive to in a M&A transaction.
